ReadyConference® Plus is a toll-free conference calling service for web conferencing, webcasting, and webinar communication as well as general use phone conferencing.
Rather than using VoIP (voice over IP) technology for your web conference or webinar, this dial-in method from Premiere Global provides a more traditional means of reaching an audience.
ReadyConference Plus comes with a dedicated dial-in number and passcode for unlimited reservation-less meetings. ReadyConference Plus is one of the most user-friendly conference calling services available.

The Conference Calling Controls
The integration of Premiere Global’s ReadyConference Plus into InstantPresenter’s Web Conferencing platform is seamless. InstantPresenter has created simple and innovative controls for both the presenter and the attendee. When InstantPresenter’s Conference Calling service is associated with an account, the presenter has the option of switching the online meeting’s audio over to the conference call, by simply clicking the “Start Conference Call” button.
Once connected to a call, presenters have access to the following controls:
- Keypad shortcuts (star controls)
- Dial-out access (coming soon)
- Recording of conference call is synced with Web Conference recording
- Optional security codes
- Adjust your speaker volume
- Adjust your microphone volume
- Mute/un-mute presenters and attendees
- Lock the conference call
- Allow attendees to mute/un-mute themselves
Easy-to-Use
Instructions for the presenter and the attendee are simple. A dialogue box will appear for both parties, with easy step-by-step instructions.
InstantPresenter’s Conference Calling Value
While other providers may charge up to $0.18 line/minute for the same capabilities, InstantPresenter’s rate of $0.07 line/minute is much more cost effective. In addition, InstantPresenter and ReadyConference Plus tight integration provides flexibility and control for the presenter. As with all meetings hosted through the InstantPresenter platform, the conference call can be recorded for later use – synced with all meeting materials.
Conference Calling Toll Option
InstantPresenter also offers a no cost, toll conference calling option. This option is of no cost to the presenter, but attendees will be billed depending on their local carrier’s fees. This option does not provide a presenter control panel.
